Did you successfully do the quick-time event to wakeup for the fireflies scene with Juuichi? If you fail to wakeup in time for it and get the phone call from him instead, you are completely locked out of the route.

You could probably base a whole spinoff on Hiroyuki going to work with the Midoriya Carpenter's Guild. The amount of thirst I've seen for some of those characters is unreal. 

They already have a bonus route for Ten Kodori in the game, so they're clearly not completely opposed to them.

If I recall correctly, they actually have a bonus route for Ten in the game. Getting it requires you to get one of the bad endings for Juuichi first.

I was actually thinking the next one would drop relatively soon. I think it was supposed to be a significantly bigger update than the last couple times, and they were 3 and 4 months apart. 7 to 8 months seems about right. 

They have the link to the progress chart above, right before the "route guides" heading. Shows you not just who's finished, but also how far along everyone is and what was in the last update.

Can't speak to when the update would happen, but according to their last post they're looking at delivering a full finished route for a character on each update from now on, and the next candidate was Juuichi. Judging by the timing of previous updates, I'm thinking big bear for Christmas. 

The last few updates have come at a rate of about 1 every 3-4 months, and it's been 87 days since the last one. I'm sure they'll be at least making an announcement on it soon.

Is it planned that the next patch will include the camping trip, or will it be like the beach event where you dedicated an entire patch to that event?

Minor question: Noticing that you've added in a sprite for Kounosuke's father. Are there plans to do the same for Juuichi's dad? I remembered running into him when getting a ride from Tatsuki, and I was just curious as to how he looked compared to Juuichi.

Seriously, the only reason for the "all characters are a certain age" disclaimer is to make sure it's not violating any laws, which change from region to region. Even within the US, there are plenty of areas where people can legally have sex as young as 14, as long as it's not with anyone more than a few years older than them. The disclaimer just avoids the headache. 

I think it's probably because Midoriya is a Japanese surname meaning "green valley". Both characters have green as a prominent color in their design. If you really wanted to read further into it, you could say that "valley" is appropriate for Izuku because it indicates depth, and his potential was far greater than what it appeared on the surface. Also, Midoriya is a fairly old surname in Japan, which makes it appropriate for Tatsuki, since his family runs a generational business. And now I feel like a weeb.

Out of curiosity, would it be possible to get the progress spreadsheet updated? Looking at it, it would appear that you haven't worked on anything beyond the beach event, but I know that previous comments have indicated otherwise. It would be neat to be able to track your progress. 

I asked a question awhile back about whether some things (particularly with Shun) would change from the original game, and I mentioned how the way Shun's scenes were handled seemed to treat being uncut as a fetish, which was a bit weird to me. They told me that none of the guys in Morenatsu were going to be circumcised, and the way they answered seemed to indicate they were going with humanlike genitalia. There may be an exception for Tatsuki like there was before, but I can't say for sure. 

I can't tell you how happy I am to have the words "Kounosuke" and "rewrites" so close together. Please make me like that tanuki.

I was actually about to ask about the same thing. I was hoping that no one on the development team came down with Covid. It has been a long time since we got an update. Everything is well then? 

Sweet. Looks like Act 1 is just about to be finished. If I recall, Act 1 in the original ended with the beach party. Any idea if that will that still be the case in Homecoming? It would be rewritten I'm sure, but I was wondering if there were different plans for the project.

I don't suppose you have an ETA for the next build, do you? Also, is this blog the best place to keep track or works in progress, or is there someplace else that would be better to check?
